The Management

Before co-founding Groupe Le Monde du Bain, Nathanaël spent 10 years in Asia managing purchasing operations for the European building distribution industry. He now shares his time between Paris and Taipei and likes traveling, skiing, playing guitar, as well as global affairs and French politics!

Nathanael Adenot

Co-Founder & Director, LMDB

Prior to Megabad, he was Group CIO for over 20 years in many retail companies like s.Oliver and Gerry Weber International AG. He is the founder of the CIO Fellowship Germany and the CDC Cyber Defense Cooperation. He lives with his family in Wiesbaden.

Stefan Beyler

CTO, Swash Group

Before joining the Swash Group, Hans was CEO of the Internetstores Group, founded various start-ups and held management positions at Linklaters, Rewe and E.ON. He enjoys freeride snowboarding and biking and lives with his family in Cologne.

Lena has worked at leading organizations such as Stepstone, Weissenberg and Fressnapf. At Swash Group her goal is to attract and retain top talents while fostering a positive company culture. Lena enjoys peaceful countryside living with her family and exploring the outdoors.

Previously, as Co-CEO at HABA, Arnd oversaw Finance, Controlling, IT, project management, logistics, and management systems. He also served as CFO and CEO at ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s Digital Business, German electronics retailer Cyberport, and media conglomerate Bertelsmann.

Arnd Mückenberger

David founded Groupe Le Monde du Bain with Nathanaël in 2013 after working in the banking industry in France and NGO for 8 years in the Philippines. He is currently living in Indonesia with his family and enjoys surfing, as well as reading and writing.
